Q: Negative urine test with gestational sac but no baby after hcg injection

I have an hcg injection on may 9 and had sex on the 10 so I was feeling tired and nausea after two Weeks so I went to my doctor for testing and she did urine test which was negative but ultrasound show where a baby suppose to be without baby. She told me to come back in a week to repeat u/s still the place but no baby so she concluded that I'm not pregnant yet she didn't order blood test

I'd request a blood test. It could just be that their tests aren't that sensitive or it could be something else going in. Have you tried a urine test at home? Some doctors office tests aren't as sensitive as tests you take at home.

I have tested using home pregnancy test but for invitro. I don't have regular one around here may be I should buy one from another country if I can't find it here. I did try the bleach test and it was positive but I don't know if it's that reliable. Thank you
