Q: Nausea gone at 9 weeks?

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I was really nauseous until a couple of days ago and its pretty much gone now. I'm worried that something is wrong. Has anyone experienced this and still had a successful pregnancy?

I see you posted this 9 weeks ago. What was the answer to your question in the end? Im 7 weeks now and not really having much nausea and vomiting. I had it bad with my first pregnancy
