Q: Misdiagnosed miscarriage

I found out I was pregnant January 14 but last week at my 8 week appt they said the baby stopped growing at 5 weeks 6 and said it’s a miscarriage and to book and d&c . I didn’t something told me not to. I went back for another ultrasound sound Friday now the baby was measuring 6 weeks 3 days. But that Tuesday it was measuring only 5 weeks 6 days. So it had grown but still no heart beat but now there are two yolk sacs. They still trying to say it doesn’t mean nothing and they see blood around my placenta as in still a miscarriage. I’m trying to be hopeful and lean on God for a miracle. And to prove doctors are sometimes wrong. I go for another ultrasound Friday still no bleeding still and having symptoms. Also took two test and they’re stealing dye from the control line. I’ve been reading about misdiagnosed miscarriage. Anyone experienced this or no someone with a great outcome
