A few natural remedies for yeast infections are acidophilus (sp?) supplements, eating yogurt, taking a probiotic complex supplement (should be safe during pregnancy....just ask someone at the store or your doc)

You could also drink kefir. Its kinda like a tart yogurt drink with a teeny amount of fizz... its absolutely delicious and chock full of probiotics and antioxidants. Good luck! Health be with you soon! :)

Seems like you can use the regular cream but not Oral antifungal drugs
