Thanks for your answers! I'm glad I'm not the only one that's totally confused :S I remember with my first pregnancy too I got confused with it I was always a week ahead or a week behind...you'd think it would be more simple lol. What to expect when your expecting website says I'm in week 6 but I head over to baby-Gaga.com and I'm 5 weeks..WTH! Lol

I count from my lmp. Once I have an ultrasound I might have to change what week I tell people but until then counting from lmp is good enough.

I don't know, I am so confused too. I am told I am 4 weeks and 6 days, if I go by my menstrual period. That EDD brings me to April 17th. However, my NP told my my EDD was April 23rd, which means I am 4 weeks. (but going my my last period, it has been 5 weeks! )... I am SO CONFUSED!!!
