Q: Possible cyst or etopic?

On friday night i was having slight pain on my right side of adomen then did a ultrasound and found a mass on my right ovary ( i was 4 weeks and 5 days) they did not see anything in my uterus did hcg it was 588. This morning i had hcg of 1378 which is good. I am having another hcg done wed morning and an ultrasound done Thurs which i should be 5weeks and 4 days by then so im praying this isnt an etopic. It does feel like an cyst ive had lots before. My doctor also said my levels look good. I just need stories to make it through this week please thanks btw we tried for baby 9 months then tried clomid and metformin and first month got prego. so im praying that this baby sticks

Had another ultrasound tonight and they think its the corpus luethum cyst and in my uterus looks like a gestational sac starting to grow but won't know 100% until I get more blood work wed and another ultrasound Thursday wish me luck

The chances are the gestational sac wouldn't show up that early. The mass could be the ruptured corpus luteal cyst that produced the egg you conceived with and is now nourishing the embryo. They found one on the right ovary and that's what it was. Your numbers looks great, take a deep breath and don't stress until there's something to for sure stress about. Better said than done, I know!!

Thanks its looking good with the numbers im thinking that its more towards a cyst.
