Q: Anyone participating in BCBS Special Beginnings Program?
My DF has health insurance through his company, Halliburton, which is Blue Cross Blue Shield. I decided to call BCBS to check on my benefits for the prenatal care and the told me about the Special Beginnings Program offered for my pregnancy. They said when I signed up for the free program that we got a free car seat and information, etc. My question is has anyone else used this program or something similar with BCBS.
