Q: Low pappa-a(first trimester screen)

okay so they genetics counselor called and said everything on first trimester screen was great all except that my pappa-a protein was low,said could cause 3rd trimester problems. Any other ladies go through this? Also the risk for ds and tri. she said I was the lowest possible risk. So what has low pappa-a meant for u?
