Q: pressure/cramps on pelvis when getting up after sitting down normal?

I'm 9w 2d. I've noticed that whenever I get up from the couch or something, near my pelvic bone, both right and left side, it cramps slightly. It feels like its going to twist. I don't know if its my uterus or what. Is this normal?

That's round ligament pain. When you get up from sitting or laying from now on, do it slowly and you won't get the shooting pains through your sides. It's just your body stretching making room for baby =) Congrats!

Sounds like round ligament pain! Make sure to try and sit down or get up slowly, it's normal to feel this since your body is streching :) Don't Be alarmed!!! Congrats :)
