Q: What's everyone's take on CMV (Cytomegalovirus)? Nervous?
After I got my blood work back from the Dr.s I was told that I had not been previously exposed to the CMV virus and that this meant I could be at risk to being exposed to it while I am pregnant. The Dr. sort of freaked me out, saying that I could get by monthly testing to make sure I wasn't getting exposed to it, and that it could be detrimental to my baby's health if I am exposed to the virus.
