Q: Pressure down below

im just wondering im 34 weeks pregnant and when i walk around the shopping centre for to long i feel a heavy pressure on my vagina, is that the baby's head pushing sometimes it feels like i need to pee but i dont and sometimes it feels like its pressure around the anal area, is this anything to be concerned about? i feel like i can only walk about half hour then i need to sit down.

everytime the baby moves now i think i am going to wet myself...just the icing on the cake I'm afraid! not long left!

Im 34wks and 6days. That happens to me all the time. I've had two pelvic exams (due to frequent contractions to rule out preterm labor) and everything is fine. It's most likely our babies settling/dropping into the pelvis in preparation for birth but nothing to worry about unless you have signs of labor. I understand your concern though because no one ever told me you get pressure in your anal area except when its time to push!
