Q: weird spungy almost cyst like dark circles above baby? anyone ever heard of this or had it?

im now 13 wks 5 days but last week when i went to have my nt scan the noticed these almost cyst like dark cirlces about the baby they said there was hardley and blood flow to them and they dont seem to be harming the baby. its weird as i have pcos they remind me of what my ovarys look like. anyone heard of this or seen it? what is it! its make me a nervious wreck. i go see a leve 2 sonographer in a lil over a week to see if the more experiened sonographer can figure it out. thanks!
