Q: Sharp pains mid-lower abdomen 29 weeks

I've been having sharp stabbing like pains since last night in the middle lower part of my abdomen, along with some contractions, and everytime I move I have a braxton hicks contraction. I've had the preterm contractions for a few weeks, but the stabbing pain is new and kinda freaking me out, has anyone else ever had these? Doesn't really feel like round ligament either
