Q: TMI Sorry, Vaginal spots

I have noticed today tiny little white "spots" at the top of my vagina, like near my pubic bone they are not itchy or sore but now i am concerned.

I have a small cut right at the top but i think this is down to swelling, well it looks like that anyway as if the skin has just split.

I will tell my midwife when i next see her but i am concerned it is something sinister and i am panicking!
