Q: Stomach Growling After Eating Food

Hi, I am 6 weeks pg and for the past few weeks, every time I eat (which is usually often- although I am starting to lose my appetite now) my stomach seems to be growling, bubbling, and gurlging AFTER I eat- almost like my stomach is working really hard to digest the food.

Is this happening to anyone else?
