I was just reading on babycenter that a lot of women are saying sex help them into labor. if by now you haven't had your LO then i'd say give it a try, supposedly semen kicks starts labor.

infact its very very uncommon to be have a baby on ya due date it doesn't happen often. I went a week over got the membrane sweep, it Didn't work ( ha my sisters waters broke on the bus on her way to get a membrane sweep) when I was 10 days over i got induced that didn't work, so I had to get my waters broke then 6 hours after that had to have a emergency c section :/ hope yav gone or go naturally

Thats good to hear. I thought that maybe it meant that you suffered a stillbirth. :( How is everything going?

Oh sweetie, I saw your posts a couple of weeks ago and am surprised to hear you are still pregnant! I am sorry you are having to go through this wait and I hope your little one decides to come on its own...and soon!

its not uncommon at all for you to go over your due date. i went three days over went into labor t5hen stalled at an 8 so they induced me. its nothing to get upset about. i know its frustrating cause youre done and you wanna see your little one. nothing is going to happen until they are ready. im already preparing to be over do with this one, if no more complications arise. just hang in there. the ending prize will be the best.

aww i know how you feel. my first baby was over due and i was induced 10 days late. sometimes baby just isnt ready at 40 weeks.pregnancy lasts 38-42 weeks because some babies just need more time. i was induced on my due date (very sure of dates) with my second baby, and the nurse said she was actually 2 weeks early judging by the lines on her feet and she would have likely lasted the full 42 weeks. she was only 6 pounds on due date. and my 3rd baby was born at 37 weeks and he was 8 pounds and full term healthy. all babies are different. theres still hope that youll go into labor on your own! if you dont, your doctor will give you some options to choose from as far as induction. best of luck to you!!
