Q: Belly tight on top but soft on bottom wit light pain

Hi I am 11 weeks and I have been feeling some pain on the top of my stomach more then the bottom!!! I feel full fast and have mild to dull pain!!!! Also my boobs are so heavy that it puts pressure on my stomach what should I do?
