I'm due the second have of december, and I am having my shower Oct 21st. It's right before all holidays and also not too cold up in the northeast. I will be 31-32 weeks then.

I think any time during the 3rd trimester is fine. My work shower was held right at 28 weeks (but that's because I'm a teacher and it was the last week of work before we were out of school for summer). My family shower was later around 34 weeks.

I'm due Jan 23 mine will be the 1st weekend in Nov, it was going to be Oct we just already have so much going on then, so they pushed it till Nov, I think Oct is a good month :)

Me personally I don't think it matters when you have a shower, but I do think that October would be a good month to have one, it will be nice and cool, but not to cold. I am 30 weeks and I still haven't had my shower but I am not worried about when it happends because when it does I am sure it will wonderful :). I am sorry if I didin't help very much, but I am sure what ever you decide it will be great :).
