Q: Can I take benedryl within the 24 Hours since I've taken Zyrtec?

I'm currently 12 weeks along today and am DIEING of allergies. I took zyrtek at 6:00 last night and can not stop sneezing my face off and itching my nose and eyes. Could I take benedryl to get relief until I have to take my next Zyrtec? I'd call the obgyn but it's sunday and I'm sure they don't like people to use the answering service for silly questions like this!!!
