Yes! Walking is fantastic! Witih my first pregnancy I started walking at 6 months b/c I was puking for the first 4 months lol - and I walked about a mile everyday and then upped it to 2 miles towards the end b/c I was in early labor and trying to walk the baby out! My daughter was 9 lbs, 4 oz and I was in labor for only 7 hours and pushed her out in 10 mins - so I agree! Walking is very good!

With my first pregnancy I walked half a mile twice a day and I had a super easy delivery. It may not have been the walking, but this time I plan to do the same thing just is case! It also increased my energy.

KMay hit the nail on the head, but I wanted to add---moisturize your skin! Especially parts prone to stretch marks---belly, hips, boobs, thighs.

Your body knows what to do to get ready to make room for baby and ready for labor but drinking lots of water, excersisng a bit (just walking is fine) and eating well will make your pregnancy much easier on you and the baby and during labor. Just make healthy choices. Congrats!
