Q: Question for baby registry....

My baby shower is in about 5 weeks and I am working on my registry. Since we already have a son we don't really NEED a whole lot of items for baby boy #2 because we held onto things from his brother. Since my sisters were so dead set on throwing a shower I asked my sisters instead of them throwing a baby shower just tell people its an essientials shower....diapers, wipes, bath stuff etc. I was wondering would it be innappropriate to put somethings that I will need at the hospital on there? Like a robe and a few things I will need?

I don't think it would be inappropriate at all! If they are items you need while in the hospital, ask!

Or gift cards, so you can get it on your own if you feel weird asking for specific items.

I'd add it on there- doesn't hurt to ask! I know I received gift cards for my baby shower, and we have everything we needed as well. I needed nursing bras for when he is born, and I used some of the gift cards for that- I need them to feed him :) Best of luck!
