Q: Bleeding at 15 weeks?

Hi guys! I had a bit of a scare last week, i started bleeding really dark, nearly black blood when i got up Friday morning - i went to my obgyn who scanned me and said baby was fine and said there was no reson for it really, i bled again on Saturday and am kind of worried as to what is causing it? I have a doppler at home which is of great help as it is keeping our minds at ease but i am still worried about this. Not getting cramps, just twinges of pain every now and then. Any advice would be appreciated!! :)

They did do ultrasound but just confirmed baby seemed fine, didnt really go into why i was bleeding! Just a bit confused and worried about it even though it has stopped since and baby seems to be fine...

Did they do an ultrasound or anything? I had dark bleeding at 7.5 weeks. It was subchorionic hematoma which dissolved back into the uterus after. All is okay now. They used an ultrasound to figure out what caused it and pelvic exam to make sure cervix was closed.

I agree about getting it checked! it is better to know why there is bleeding then to worry and possibly make it worse

I would check it out with a doctor. I alawys go for the slightest thing but I would rather be safe then sorry.
