Q: Progrsterone p17 shots?

I will be staring my shots in 3 weeks .. I have to get them weekly from 16 weeks to 36 weeks and im a lil nervous? Has anyone had them before? Are they painful? Also im wondering how much they would be... I have insurance but im worried its gonna be crazy expensive... Any experiences would be nice... My son was born at 34 weeks so thats why im getting them
