I am sorry about your loss. I too had a mc in Nov. and started spotting with this pregnancy and was scared out of my mind. If you do not have any cramping, then that is a great sign. I am now 23.2 weeks and the baby is doing well. I have a subchorionic hemorrhage and they said that is what must have contributed to the spotting I had back at week 6.

I spotted throughout the 4th week. My doctor said it was normal it was the baby burying itself deeper. It was brown blood, like the stuff the day before AF arrived. I spotted again in week 7 after sex. So far, so good here. Going in Friday for another scan for 10 weeks. FX that this is the same for you.

From everything I've read, spotting at this time is normal. As long as it is not flowing and as long as it is not bright red.
Stress is definitely not good for you, so try to relax, and call your dr. for reassurance.

(I too am terrified of this little bean not sticking!)
