My girl was 10lbs 5 oz and she didn't fit in newborn diapers. She was straight in size ones. She did fit the 0-3 month clothes, but only for a short time.

My cousin's baby boys were all around 9-10 pounds, she was not induced and had them naturally, so I really hope you don't have to be induced! They are still tiny sweet little things. My daughter was 8.4 pounds and she fit into newborn clothes I would say for the first month, but she was incredibly long! She is still the tallest two year old around, still too long for many 2T outfits. So yes, every baby is different, you just never know so I wouldn't worry about it.

having just registered for what may also be a big baby, I looked pretty close at the weights for 0-3's and they mostly are ranged to fit 7-14lb. It may be a brief time but he should still fit. good luck!

My baby was 9lb 4oz and he still wore newborn size out of the hospital. Granted he was only in newborn clothing and nappies for about 2 weeks. its surprising how little babies are even at a big weight (newborn label states that it goes upto 11lb)

my first was 8.12 and newborn didnt fit he had to get 0 - 3 but he was very long so it can depend on length too. newborn nappies fit him though, one of my nieces was 9lb12 she was in 3- 6 but still newborn nappies, think it just depends.

my son was 8 pound 3.2 oz and 21 and a half inches long and he fit in newborn stuff but only for about a week...and i think thats bc most babies lose weight in the first couple days n then regain. with baby girl ive packed preemie and newborn but now u got me thinking mb i should put a zero to three in also.

I know every baby is different, but my oldest was almost 9 lbs when he was born and he fit newborn clothes and diapers when he first came home. I just cant remember how long he fit them lol since that was 5 years ago.

Hi there, congratulations on your pregnancy first of all. :)
Second of all, Im currently 6 months pregnant with my first baby so have never had a big baby, however I do know from my 0-3 months clothing for bubbs is supposed to do them until they are 12lbs and the 3-6 months do from 12-18lbs I think.
Sorry I cant be of much more help but I think your baby will fit into 0-3 months when first born, but maybe not for too long after that.
Good luck for your labour and I hope all goes well for you and baby. x
