At the beginning of my pregnancy I lived on cheese and ice lollies as i had terrible morning sickness :/ your body is amazing at giving the baby what it needs so don't worry

I think stressing about it is probably more harmful than the sugar itself...

I managed to eat a whole jar of pickled gherkins yesterday... and it was gooooood... lol

too much salt is bad as it can cause dehydration , I think one day of a bit of a sugar binge is fine, I eat fruit an veg all the time except when pregnant because I physically cant stomach it, it makes me sick. all my babies have been great weights very healthy not one single problem so I am sure a few brownies is fine :) dont worry.

umm... this stuff is not harmful during pregnancy... the amount of sugar may make you feel gross but its certainly not harmful for the baby. make sure you take your prenatal vitamin for the day so baby gets all its nutrients. trust me you are certainly not the first pregnant women to eat a few brownies!!

It won't hurt the baby. Its just sugar, so they might be extra bouncy, but you probably won't even feel it. Just make sure you eat healthy the rest of the day so you are getting the proper vitamins and nutrients your baby needs.
