Q: Horrible smell/taste and constant nausea

I am hoping someone might be able to identify with my latest pregnancy symptom?
I am 9 weeks in and my nausea began about 3 weeks ago.
I thought it was clearing up but on Christmas Eve I began to get this horrible onion/garlic like smell and taste along with the nausea and a stuffy headache. I have suffered from sinus problems for ages and have used Nasonex spray since an op on my septum/polyps 2 years ago, the Doctor says I can keep using it but its not helping.
Has anyone else experienced this? It is making me miserable! I am constantly starving but everything I eat tastes of onion and makes me feel sick!
This pregnancy thing is no fun!
Thank you xxx

I'm so sorry your not feeling well, but the morning sickness (nauseous feeling) will get better the farther along you get. Mine was so bad I couldn't keep anything down and I lost about 10 pounds. You might need to get some meds from your doctor if you haven't already cause they help. I'm not too sure about your sinus problems but I know my mother has been suffering from sinus problems also and she recently got a Vicks Vaporizer and its been helping her so far(or a Vicks humidifier). Congrats on you pregnancy it will get better with time, and I hope I could help:)
