I have read several places that having a stuffy nose is part of the pregnancy starting around the second trimester. I definitely have had that! My stuffy nose started around week 16/17 and never left. A lot of time I feel like I have cotton in my head and I can't hear anything. Ugh!

it may be a coincidence but about a week after conception I came down with a nasty cold. I was in bed for about 4 days. Two weeks later I found out I was pregnant.

Ya never know! :) Good luck to you!
