Q: Anyone have a threatened miscarriage

I am 5 weeks and 1 day and spent the day in the er because of red bleeding, kinda like the start of a period. My beta came back as 9000 and we saw the gest sac and the yolk sac, so all that made me a tad hopeful. So have any of you had this and end up having a normal pregnancy? I'm so scared that i will lose this baby.

I think I am 5-1 today. I have have tiny pink spots , first ones last Friday, went to see OB, at 4-1, hcg was 268 and prog. 93...so was looking good...yesterday a had another really tiny pink spot..so light my eh could not even see on the tissue... The hospital are happy to do a scan, but I am reluctant to get one..unless I get loads of bleeding, or pain..I have had cramping..for 2 days..but gone today and think it was constipation..
I had 3 earlt miscarriage before..and I know even if I had the scan, they can't give me anything to help..so I would rather have trust..this preg feels stronger..boobs sore and better hcg than the others..so I am trying to just be +ve.. Did they scan u or what I'd they suggest

Well i continued to spot red off and on, so my dr wanted me to come in. I take progestrone suppositories and they were causing my cervix to be a tad inflammed. So on top of the engorgement and the suppositories, my cervix was super sensitive. She barely touched it with a Q tip and it started oozing. So thats where my bleeding was coming from. Are you having any issues with bleeding?

Thank you for answering. As of today i only bled a tiny bit and that was at 8 this morning. So no miscarriage as of yet, but not getting my hopes up just yet.

9000 is a really good number. Mine was 3951 at 5wks and 7566 at 5wks 3days. Sounds like everything is well to me. Prayers for you!
