I have this too! some nights I use DH as a body pillow and put my leg up on top of his hip :) He hates this but man do I feel better other times I lay on my butt- but not flat on my back more in a \ position with all my weight on him. pillows just dont do the job they are squishy and unsupportive. Occasionally Dh gets really mad and insist that i dont put all my weight on him to sleep and I end up with the hourly roll over- at least until he falls asleep and I do what I want anyway :)

Same as previous poster exactly..the only thing that works for me is switching sides hourly! My baby is also very low..and the pain did start around that time..maybe thats the reason..Keep switching sides for now..and if u do find a solution..please let me know lol ..send me a message or something hehe

I feel your pain - literally. I wake up hourly to switch sides because whichever hip I am on becomes unbearably painful. The only thing that seems to temporarily help is switching sides, and leaning slightly onto your back (put a pillow under your back and lie half on your side/half on your back, if that makes sense). Also try taking Tylenol before bed.
All that said, I am still in a lot of pain from this every night so I'm not sure there's a full solution besides birth... :(

I had this especially with my second pregnancy with my son. My hips would feel so sore at night and in the morning. I bought one of those neck pillows and used it like a donut pillow for my hip (put my hip right in the space to keep it off of the bed). It supported my hip and helped a little but I couldn't find anything to ease it up completely. The only real relief I got was sleeping in a recliner so I was propped up but so my uterus wasn't completely on my spine. I did that for a couple days til I could bear to sleep on my sides again.
