Q: Opinions on name and spelling please :)

I am having a boy in about 7 weeks and have finaly settled on a name. His name will be Miles but I am stuck on how to spell it.
I don't care for the spelling Myles so it's down to Miles or Milez. I am having a hard time because Miles reminds me of like driving four miles and I do like the spelling Milez the most but a lot of feed back get says it looks ghetto. What do you guys think? I don't think that spelling it with a z is so far off that it will cause problems when he is older just switch the s out with a z.
Miles Anthony Helwig or Milez Anthony Helwig?

I think "Milez" could be seen and pronounced by some as "me-lay" - perhaps that would be the French pronunciation? I would stick with "Miles" if it were me. Cute name!!

I wouldn't say the z is ghetto so much as ridiculous. (Granted, I hate the trend of replacing s with z passionately.)

Giving people bizarre names or bizarre spellings of traditional names has been shown to negatively impact things like hiring potential and career advancement in later life.
