You could do either a "Hollywood" or "Vintage Hollywood" themed party. You could have guests come dressed as a celebrity and then try to guess which celebrity they are. Alternatively you could have them dress as a famous celebrity-mommy...
Food can be anything, but you can easily but shiny sprinkles on cupcakes or cut sandwiches and fruits into star shapes.
You can play that "match the baby name to the celebrity mom" game. You could also play some sort of "guess the movie" game with either youtube clips, sound clips, or that "Scene It?" board game. Scene It comes in different themes.
You could have a "hollywood fashion" corner where the guests can design onesies for your little one.
