Trust the ultrasounds. Not in how you look physically.

Everyone kept telling I was having a boy with my first child, and the ultrasounds def said girl! My now 3 1/2yr old daughter is going to have a little brother in 7 weeks. Go by your ultrasounds!

I have multiple friends that carried opposite of what the old wives' tale said. Every woman is different and will carry differently. I am carrying a bit high, making everyone think girl, but we are having a boy. With three ultrasounds, I think you are safe to keep shopping for pink and purple! :) Congrats on your baby girl!

Everyone thought I was having a girl because I was "carrying high" well ... it turns out I am having a boy! I have a short abdomen so it appeared as though I was high. Not that either or really means anything, but the U/S is right. Rarely do they get it wrong.

That's an old wives tale. Tell them your ultrasounds indicate they are wrong. Maybe they'll stop commenting on how you look. Yeesh. All pregnant women are different.

You can't go by how you look. If the ultrasound says girl, then you're having a girl.
