I'm 5'3, 24 weeks and haven't started wearing maternity pants yet. I almost don't intend too. I went to Ross Dress for less when I was visiting the US and found a really comfortable pair of non-maternity jeans that have a huge amount of stretch in the waist and bought them a size up from my normal size. They are low rise so fit nicely below my belly. I plan on going and getting another pair or two from a store here that is owned by TJ Maxx.

I get my jeans from jeanswest.com.au - an Australian brand (I'm an Aussie) but they have numerous different lengths to choose from; including in Maternity wear.
I currently own 1 pair of their mat jeans (and a pair of maternity capris, since it's summer over here) and they are super-duper comfy. I don't think shipping is too expensive for overseas so I hope that helps!

I have the opposite problem. I'm only 5'1 & it is nearly impossible for me to find petite maternity jeans/pants. I go to Motherhood bc in my opinion, they have the best selection for bottoms. I bought 2 pairs & at 31 wks they still look great (and I wear the heck out of them).

Motherhood Maternity does have various sizes in Long....which is what I have to get. So far I love them :-)

I get all of my maternity jeans from Motherhood, they have the cutest skinny jeans (that's all I buy when it comes to jeans). I am much shorter than you, but I have taller friends who love their jeans just the same as me. Good luck!

GAP is the only place I will buy maternity pants from! They are the best. I need at least a 33" inseam. And they really do fit like a glove!

I love my slim leg jeans from NEXT I'm 5ft 7inch, 33inch long leg they are fab so so comfortable x

Old Navy for me I'm 5 10 too and wear a size 18 and I love their maternity jeans I got the skinny ones also
