Just be careful , don't drink the water (or have ice in your drinks) and just be careful of certain foods and make sure everything you eat is cooked properly. Since you are going all inclusive, just make sure they aren't "recycling" the food each day.
Also just be careful in the sun. I know when i was 11-12 weeks i would get hot and dizzy very quickly and i live in the UK in cold temperatures so the heat may make you a little uncomfortable so try not to overheat :)

I had exactly the same problem. I found out i was pregnant a week before i went on holiday on a 4 flight to my holiday. Everyone said to me not to go but i couldnt really cancel. At the end of the day it is up to you and no one can change that fact. I went in september which is the hottest months. The only thing i will say is my morning sickness was terrible. Just be prepared for any unwanted pregnancy symptoms that may crop up. I cant even look at pictures from my holiday without feeling sick. But i did have terrible sickness. Good Luck :)

I think that you should go and enjoy your holiday.
The only thing I would do is just be careful of the foods you eat. Always drink bottled water (that had the cap on) just all the things you would be careful of even if you werent pregnant and going to a different country.
Enjoy your time. x
