Q: Should I be concerned for my blood sugar being 77 an hour after I had two cappuccinos?

I had two Cappuccinos before going to my clinical in school an hour later my blood sugar was 77 when it really should have been going through the roof

No. That's a perfectly fine blood sugar level. It spiked shortly after drinking, but liquid gets digested faster and the sugars are metabolized faster. No worries.
