Q: Baby pushing down

Im 34 weeks pregnant and shes started pushing down sometimes to the point where it hurts for a few seconds.

does this mean she wants out now ? Or is this normal at this stage?

Hey it's normal at this stage, I get the same thing he pushes down and it's sore and sometimes pushes against my tummy that hard I feel like he could burst out x
