When I was 35 weeks bub was head down, at my 37 weeks app bub was head up, my midwife suggested positioning myself on my hands and knees and leaning my chest down so my head rested on the floor, she said try it for as long as u can everyday, also, frozen pees on his head and a torch on the lower half of ur body( aim is baby will go towards the light), music on the lower half of ur tummy, I read that there are risks with the doctor physically turning bub from the out side so I would definatly research that or ask about it. I decided against it due to the risks. Swaying ur hips might help and squatting, doing handstands in a pool, I googled a lot of ways to help get him the right way. If he remains breech then Depending on ur doc he may want to do a c section, it's ur choice tho, ur body and ur baby, with every methode of birth there are risks so find out the risks and discuss this with ur doc. Good luck and don't give up hope!!!

I've heard putting a package frozen peas on the top of your belly.
Two of my girlfriends also had to spend some time inverted. One used an ironing board (closed) against the lower part of the sofa and laid head down for 15 minutes a day. Good luck!

Hi Lindsay! I have a friend who went to the doctor at 37 or 38 weeks and her baby hadn't turned. The doctor just turned the baby himself! They literally just grab your belly and push the baby until they are head down. You can youtube it look up (ecv). It is pretty normal! Try not to worry too much. Have a great day!
