Q: Weird Mucus comming out??

I've slept with my fiance last night, then I went to the toilet and white lump of mucus came out.... today while having a shower, I pulled out long, egg like mucus, I felt it come out. Im only 17 weeks... Is that mucus plug? Ive had many pains in last couple of days, but my GP said its water infection... and now I don't know what to do :( I dont want to rush to hospital again if thats nothing serious..... Im worried.. I should get a call from Pregnancy assessment place.. ( or something like that) To get checked out, but Im worried... I had pains before, and I still have them... Apparently its water infection though...

I lost my mucus plug at 21 weeks, try not to worry, if it is that then you need to take things easy for a week or so and it will grow back. Speak to your gp or midwife and let them know that you think this has happened, always best to let them know everything. All the best to you and your baby x

I would call your doctor office and ask to speak with a nurse. I am not really sure what this could be and I am worried too. Please call your doctor's office and take care of yourself. Sorry I can't be of more help :(
