This is my second baby and I'm 36 weeks pregnant and mine haven't leaked at all. They didn't with my 1st pregnancy either, infact my milk didn't really come in properly until the 5th day after my daughters birth. Everyone is different though so just keep lots of breast pads ready.

Mine started leaking about 22 weeks. I bought some nursing pads, but things have slowed down so I don't need them. At least they are on hand in case I'll need them again.

Mine don't leak, but if I squeeze I get drops...this started last week for me (31ish weeks). I didn't leak with my first pregnancy.

Hey there. Mine started leaking at 20 weeks with my daughter (born 3/31/14) and started at 14 weeks when I was pregnant with my 9 year old. I needed nursing pads both times. :-)
