Q: Anyone familiar with Karyotyping results??!!

I know its not really that important for me to find this out but I was looking over my referral to my OB sent from my clinic and they have put in everything about previous pregnancies and miscarriages, My doctor wrote ' November 2012 - Spontaneous conception, first trimester missed miscarriage, uterine evacuation done, karyotyping of products show male fetus with Trisomy 16 47 XY, plus 26. Now I get the trisomy 16 47 XY but what's the plus 26 about????
