I rotate from one side, to my back, to the other side. I can't stay on just one side because my hip starts really hurting. I think it's best to just try to sleep any way you can.

I'm 27+2 and still sleep on my stomach. She lets me know when I'm encroaching on her space, then I just kick a knee out to the side, the weight shifts to my hip, and baby is happy again. =))

I asked my doc about this because I'm a roller during sleep too. He said our bodies will let us know when to move, and just to sleep however we can :) I found one of the pillows that goes allllll the way around you was best for me because I didn't have to do much adjusting then when I rolled over

I agree with jennavee....I slept on my stomach until about 24 weeks & then baby started objecting. Then, I just slept on whatever side was comfortable at the moment. I'm a tummy sleeper, so I was able to arrange my pregnancy pillow so that I could sleep somewhat on my stomach, but with my weight on my side.
