Q: IS IT MUCUS PLUG????

i am 37 weeks according to ultrasound and 36 weeks according to LMP.
Movement of baby's feet and hand is very frequent as one position only. i feel that baby is stretching himself.
Now today i noticed a small white colour mucus. previously everything was watery discharge.
i read that mucus plug has to be pink or red in colour. pls advice.....

Your mucus plus is usually yellowish (but it can be white), sometimes tinged with blood (mine just had a dot and small streak of blood). It can come out in one blob, or in tiny pieces. It's possible that you lost some of it. The whole thing is large...maybe the size of a golf ball (ish).
