Q: 7 weeks and all symptoms have vanished

no more vomiting. I feel normal
its been 4 hrs since ive been to the loo to urinate so I went and barely anything. (it is 4.30am so I've been sleeping)
Sore boobs are also gone.
I have very mild AF cramps, mostly on the left side and I had some pink spotting at around 6.30pm last night.
I'm almost sure something is wrong but I'm also prone to working myself into a state.
With my missed miscarriage I had symptoms up until the operation I think...
But I've never experienced a normal miscarriage.
Anyone been through this at all?
I'm going to the out of hrs drs as soon as hubby wakes up but I know they won't scan or take bloods till Monday so until then I'm stuck.

Forgot to mention that this is my third. I didn't have symptoms with my other two children either. They are now 5 and 18 months. Super healthy. Easier said then done but try not to worry ;)

I am 9 weeks and I feel great. I was sick one day at 6weeks but only that one day! I am just guessing we are the lucky ones ð???.

My symptoms have fluctuated a lot, but by 8 weeks they were completely gone and everything's fine with me and I'm now over 12 weeks.
My last miscarriage though, was a "normal" one and I had symptoms the entire time and for two weeks after and I was only 5 weeks along when it happened. I didn't have spotting either I just started full on bleeding.

Thank you your answere is reassuring. Unfortunately thought as I'm in the UK so I don't get a midwife until 8wks. We sort of get left to fate until then which is probably why we are prone to freaking out so much.

It's normal for symptoms to come and go. I had a week where I thought the same thing during my first trimester and cramping is completely normal. If you are worried it wouldn't hurt to call your OB and see what they say. I was told light spotting was fine in the first trimester as long as it was only spotting and not full on bleeding.
