Q: Evening Primrose Oil,

Is there a certain way you're supposed to insert a EPO capsule in your vagina? Do you just push it in there? How deep? Am I supposed to poke a hole in it first? The whole thing desinigrates right??
I've been taking it orally for 4 days now, and want to add a vaginal one to my routine at bedtime.

From what I've read it's just slip it right up there with a clean finger before bed a bit like an applicator free tampon
