Q: help please

i am 5 weeks 4 days and this is my 4th pregnancy as i already have 3 children but im only 5 weeks and i have a large bump already why and could it be twins cause i am so tired all the time more so than last pregnancies but im putting it down to my age

I was bigger at 5 weeks than I was at 16! It's probably just bloating

I wouldn't worry to much, Sometimes i bloat out and look like I'm carrying triplets but was only 1 there. A ultrasound could show you if there is 1 or 2 they call it a dating scan to determine how far along you are. Its usually free well in Australia it is ;)
