Q: Best diaper bag for two

My daughter just turned 2 and my son will be arriving in early October (so I have a toddler and soon a newborn). I currently use the Carter's diaper bag but I figured it's pink and I should upgrade since I'll soon have 2 kids in diapers. I don't want to spend a fortune ($30-$50 range is fine), but I'd like to find something that is durable and user-friendly for my situation.

Just wanted to see if anyone had any good ideas:-) Thanks in advance!

Hubby thought I should mention this too:
We keep a small pack of diapers and a thing of wipes, along with a small tuperware container of formula, and 3 water bottles in both vehicles that way if we end up staying longer, have any unexpected accidents, or whatever, we're prepared. It's a lot easier to restock the backpack than haul all that around in every store, the mall, etc. It doesn't take up much room in the car and That has helped us keep the bag size wayyyyy down.

I got a backpack for my 2 under 2. My daughter isn't born yet so I'm not suuure it will work, but it has tons of room, is in style, and is so much easier to carry than a typical diaper bag. I think it's classified as a rucksack because it doesn't have a zipper,

I use the 31 large utility tote! It has a big pocket that you can put smaller bins in and has lots of pockets on the out side for bottles and sippy cups. I love and I can't wait to use it again!

I'm getting a whole new bag for the baby as my son who is also 2 has a little rucksack he's had for a while that has his essentials in as he doesn't need much just nappies and whipes. I don't make him wear it much especially if it has snacks and drink it. I got it because I used to carry my purse and keys in the baby bag so if I dropped him off somewhere I never had anything to put my stuff in.
Likewise if he goes to his nans or preschool he'll have his own bag so I don't need to empty the babies bag.
I know it's not a bag for 2 but It's worth a thought though.
