Q: !4 weeks and don't feel pregnant, does anyone else feel like this?

I am currently 14 weeks 2 days and aside from occasionally being nauseous & slightly sore breast I don't feel pregnant. Due to the nausea and vomiting I've actually lost a bit of weight and still fight all my regular clothing. I am urinating more frequently specially at night. I just for some reason don't "feel" pregnant if that makes any sense. I have my next OB appointment Tues 19th, it's been 4 weeks since I heard the baby's heartbeat. I had a miscarriage 2 years ago so maybe this could being what is causing me to panic? Has/is anyone felt/feeling like this?
