Congratulations! While mmc isn't common, it does happen, and hearing the old, "unless you are cramping and/or bleeding, everything is fine", just doesn't soothe a woman who has learned the hard way that it just isn't true! I just want to share my own experience with you, and hopefully offer you a bit of hope :) Last Nov, my DH and I also a mmc at 9+ weeks. My hcg levels were higher than average throughout, until we ceased testing @6 weeks. I had LOADS of symptoms, and had even been throwing up the morning of my unfortunate US. I am currently 14.3wks along now, and had no symptoms whatsoever until @8wks this time. However, at 7.3wks, we saw a perfect bean with hb 159, and at 12wks, an even more perfect bean with hb 171. Once a woman suffers a loss, I feel we are robbed of the joy of pregnancy, as we are in constant fear of another loss. BOTH of our babies need us to be calm. Enjoy your pregnancy girl... Stress is no good for your baby. Just for today, we are pregnant, and bles

@wifey1985 thanks so much. I am so relieved. I was stressed because I really don't want to go thru another miscarriage but I guess I will just have to relax and wait for my scan. Congratulations and all the very best for your remaining weeks.

I don't think your hcg numbers are low at all. My numbers at 4w0d (14dpo) were 148, and I'm now 12w5d -- we saw a healthy baby at my NT scan 5 days ago. Also, I had almost zero symptoms from 4 weeks to about 6.5 weeks. I remember freaking out around 4.5 weeks because my nipples suddenly stopped hurting, but it turns out everything was fine. Good luck!

So many women have a period of 'no symptoms' early on that I shouldn't worry at all.
Its bleeding heavy and painful cramps that are the sign for worry.
You may spot a little brown blood this early, even if you haven't spotted in other pregnancies, but nothing that sould warrent having to change a sanitary towel.
I've had a misssed miscarriage also which is proof that symptoms mean nothing as with a missed miscarriage you're hormones don't drop so your symptoms don't dissappear so you have no idea anything is wrong.
You're body will most likely kick it up a gear very soon and those symptoms will be back in full swing.
If you feel though that something is wrong still, get in contact with your health provider as they can reassure you best of all.
Hope it comes back to reassure you soon x
