Q: My fingers are sooooo sore and stiff

The only thing I can figure that is different is that I ate a frozen dinner last night for supper. I figured it had a lot of sodium. Looks like more frozen meals as our kitchen is under remodeling at the moment; therefore we have no stove/oven, kitchen sink and etc. up to another apx. month Cooking has become a chore. I've used my crock pot, microwave and griddle more than ever but still an aggravation.
Any advice and help prevent hands from getting more sore. It hurt so bad, I woke my husband up last night to tell him my hands hurt, not that it helped but I did.

Mine are currently sore as well. Started around 30 weeks and is getting progressively worse. I think we can just chalk it up to being a pregnancy thing and try to mitigate the pain as best we can. I find sleeping with my hands elevated slightly (like on the pillow instead of under it) seems to help a bit, I don't wake up in intense pain from them anymore but they are still sore all day long.
